I have spent over a decade at the bedside in the ICU navigating the brink of known existence with fellow humans as an osteopathic ICU attending physician. In 2022 I spent a year dedicated to practicing presence with my fellow humans with a quiet mind, an open heart, and not taking anything personally. I am a trauma-informed coach and a certified Life Mastery Consultant with the Brave Thinking Institute. I teach a system that integrates neuroscience, coherence, and emergent intelligence. Whether you view this as metaphor or reality, the results speak for themselves. You don’t have to believe—just observe what happens when you apply it. We individualize your experience to help YOU design and live a life that’s in harmony with your soul’s purpose— a life that YOU absolutely LOVE living!
Plant Medicine Wisdom
I am a formally trained psilocybin facilitator and have additional certification in trauma-informed somatic plant medicine integration. I trained at the Leela School of Awakening and with Atira Tan. I intentionally let my psilocybin license lapse because the current program through the State of Oregon is not sufficiently in alignment with my values. I am comfortable navigating any psychedelic experience with you however my expertise emerges from wisdom within psilocybin, ayahuasca, and cannabis.
I offer one on one plant medicine journey preparation, integration, and support sessions. These sessions are 55 minutes.

I am a fully certified StarMagic Healing Facilitator. This works perfectly on its own but I have found it to be an invaluable asset to navigate your life, trauma imprints, and stuck emotions.
